We stand behind our products and we want you to feel secure knowing that we’ll work with you to resolve any issues. All ApexDesk™ products are covered by a limited, non-transferable warranty against defects in material or workmanship that affect your ability to operate the product as intended, and that appear due to normal use during the applicable warranty period. “Open Box Products” are sold as-is and are not covered by any warranty or return policy.

This warranty does not cover product failures due to any of the following:

  • Misuse or abuse
  • Changes in surface finish, including color-fastness or matching of colors, woodgrains, or textures
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Dye transfers caused by external contaminants
  • Modifications made by the user
  • Failure to install or maintain the products in accordance with product instructions and warnings
  • Damage or marking of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign objects
  • Pilling of textiles

Electric Standing Desks  – 2 years
Desk Risers – 1 year
Pneumatic Desks – 1 year
Children’s Desk/Chair – 1 year
Office Chairs – 1 year
Other accessories – 1 year

If any defect covered by this warranty is discovered, we will replace defective parts or item, whichever is deemed appropriate by us. If we ask, you must return the defective parts/item to us. For in-warranty claims, we will cover shipping costs for the replacement, as well as return shipping costs of defective parts/items. For any out-of-warranty claims, we will help you determine proper parts/items to order but you must pay for material and any associated shipping costs.
