Return Policy
Our return policy gives you 30 days from the shipping date to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received or defective. We highly recommend that you thoroughly inspect the purchased product before using it and also ensure the user of the product is familiar with the correct application and proper care. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we are at fault like a wrong item is shipped. A 15% restocking fee may be assessed if item is missing or damaged beyond repair. Refused shipments or any returns without prior authorization will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Within 30 days, if your item is missing, missing parts, damaged, or you received wrong item/color, we can either send replacement parts/item or offer partial refund as deemed appropriate by us. If a refund is preferred, we will send you prepaid return labels for you to return item to our warehouse. If item is defective and within warranty period, we shall send tested parts to fix issue.
Warranty shall not apply to: products which are used for a purpose other than which they were designed for or which have been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product. Misapplication, misuse, negligence will revoke the warranty.

Buyer’s Remorse
You will be responsible of return shipping costs. You may choose any carrier you prefer for the return. If you wish to receive a prepaid label from us instead, please contact us at support@apexdesk.com and one of our customer service representative shall assist you. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund once we receive the returned item. A 15% restocking fee may be applied if item is missing or damaged beyond repair. Refused shipments or any returns without prior authorization will incur a 30% cancellation fee deducted from total refund. We cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the shipping date.
Canceling Order After It's Been Shipped
Please contact us at support@apexdesk.com with your order number. A customer service agent will assist you as quick as possible and offer you the best options to get this resolved. Depending on your order’s processing stage, we cannot always guarantee successful cancellation. In the event that a cancellation is not possible, please follow above Buyer’s Remorse instructions.
Refund Policy
Refund will be processed within 48 hrs of return receipt. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for credit to show on your credit card. The credit will be for the amount of the merchandise ordered after any freight or restocking charges.
